Terms and Conditions – Crash Game

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Crash Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Crash Game website at crashgame.vin, downloading and using the Crash Game app, creating a player account, or using any of the services offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and use the Crash Game platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We take age compliance seriously and reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of Crash Game, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that you have placed on your account through our responsible gaming tools.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility criteria may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and forfeiture of bonus balances. Any real-money balances that were deposited legitimately will be returned to the original payment source after verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, whether held under the same identity or different identities, are strictly prohibited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Crash Game platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and other supported mobile wallets.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Estimated timelines are shown in the cashier section.
• Crash Game reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility. Crash Game does not add processing fees on top of published amounts.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Crash Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer acceptance. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in real bets before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds or free spins expire automatically after the stated period.

All games and betting products on the Crash Game platform — including Slots, Slot Games, Live Casino tables, Bingo, and Sports Betting — operate under rules specific to each game or product. These rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game or betting market. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be reversed or cancelled except where a technical error is identified by the platform.

• Sports bets placed on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and other covered markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a disputed result, Crash Game's decision — after review of available evidence — is final.
• If a technical error or system fault affects the outcome of a game round, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Maximum win limits per game round or betting market may apply. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crash Game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of bonus balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain credits or benefits not intended by the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order you have voluntarily placed.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks filed against deposits used for gaming activity.
• Activity that suggests the account is being used by a minor.

In the event of suspension due to a suspected breach, deposits that were legitimately made and are not subject to a bonus forfeiture condition will be returned to the original payment method after any necessary investigation is concluded. Crash Game is not obligated to provide detailed reasoning for account closures where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crash Game shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime.

12Changes to These Terms
